Welcome to the Mr. Tak Deli food truck! Your order will be prepared by Mr. Tak and his family. Mr. Tak has been a street performer entertaining crowds since age 14, and has worked in the restaurant business since age 16. Now, he brings food and fun to family-friendly venues around Fukuoka with his food truck.

About Me

” I’m Mr. Tak, and if you have visited the Mr. Tak main page you know that I am a international variety performer. But what you might not know about me, is that I have also spent a good deal of my life cooking and baking. A big part of that has been preparing and recreating food that I loved from America in Japan. For example Japan has it’s own version of a bagel, but anyone from America will tell you , it’s not a bagel…it just looks like one. I make real NY bagels in Japan!

Another part of the many hats I wear, is that I am also a salesman for Austrian Food trading for Kyushu Japan. The Mr. Tak Deli cooks up meals using imported ham, sausages and salami’s that are imported from Austria. You won’t believe the flavors in these meats! I’m serving up great food and great Entertainment…my 2 great life passions!
